Heike trained as a chemistry laboratory assistant before beginning her career with Dorlastan Fibers (now Asahi Kasei Spandex Europe) in Dormagen, after which she moved to Toyota Tsusho Europe S.A. Congratulations to Dirk Gelbrich and Francois Beau on their 10th anniversary with us!Dirk Gelbrich is head of the Service & Support Team and is responsible for the organization of pre- and post-sales support. He started work with TTID as a software engineer on 1 July 1999, and was responsible for customer support focusing on software issues. One thing he really values about TTID is the variety: “There is always something new to do here, a new challenge. My roles have always been varied and I have never been bored. I also enjoy the successful mix of German and Japanese business cultures. TTID manages to unite the best of both traditions.”As Area Sales Manager for Eastern Europe and Italy, Francois Beau works with our partners to ensure that Denso Wave Auto ID products are optimally positioned and achieve the best possible sales. He began his career with TTID on 1 January 2000 as a Sales Representative. From his perspective, the business has achieved enormous improvements over the last five to seven years. “The management placed a lot of trust in us as we went about building the DENSO brand. Because of this, we Sales Managers were allowed to develop our different regions individually, and that really motivated me. In Eastern Europe, I got to experience how those countries dragged themselves out of the ashes of the post-Communist world. It was a priceless opportunity for which I’ll always be grateful.” |
