It has become something of a valued tradition at TTID: each Christmas, we support a social project in the region. This year, we have chosen the Gerd Jansen School Trust in Krefeld, whose funding priority is the physical and motor development of children.
| Success through individual supportAround 210 school children aged between 6 and about 18 are supported by special-needs teachers, physiotherapists, occupational therapist and speech therapists using a holistic concept. Alongside their work, other carers – mostly trained nurses – look after their medical and care needs.The Gerd Jansen School TrustSpecific teaching methods and customized equipment (wheelchairs, compensation, walking and communication aids) allow support to be provided according to the kids’ personal situations.
